Sales Support Senior

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure Customer/Distributors orders and/or quotation is updated into Salesforce CRM timely.
• Prepare and upkeep of project quotations
• Ensure proper order fulfilment, timely and smooth delivery of shipments,
• Process Purchase Orders/Sales Orders include generating sales invoices and proforma invoices
• Establish rapport with customers/distributors; recognizes special needs of customers and offers
• Responds to enquiries and/quotation within 24 hours
• Follow up on Accounts Receivables.
• Establish strong supplier relations to ensure smooth delivery and shipment schedules
• Follow up with supplier in event of quality issues/damaged and short shipments.

​​​​​​Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of customer services/supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of shipping practices and documentation including LC Negotiation.
• Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute work independently
• Knowledge of Navision
• Degree/Diploma Graduate
