Responsibilities
• Maintain existing business relationship through continuous follow up, responding to customers inquiries and resolving problems.
• Diligently supporting and reporting to team leads on day to day activities.
• Deliver presentations of products at customer sites.
• Recoup overdue payments from customers.
• Processing orders and ensuring prompt shipments to customers.
• Preparing packing list for warehouse to pack.
• Update customers on pending delivery dates and create delivery orders and invoices for deliveries to customers.
• Assisting deliveries for urgent shipments to customers. (Only if required)
• May required to travel to customers site for quarterly meeting, sales review and if any urgent matter is required
Job Requirements
• Preferably a diploma holder with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in office administration, sales administration or equivalent
