"Company" or "We" refers to PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd
1. Eligibility and Conditions
1.1 The referral program is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria:
a) Both referrer and referee must be aged 18 years old and over
b) The Referrer must not be an existing internal/permanent employee of the Company;
c) The Referee must be notified and have given consent that their personal data and information (i.e. name, email address, contact number) are being used by the Company for this referral program;
d) The Referee must not be previously registered with the Company or any of its associated companies;
e) The Referrer is eligible to receive the shopping vouchers following the Referee’s first successful placement subject to the following conditions:
i. The Referee is successfully placed in a permanent position with the Company’s registered client, within 180 calendar days of registration for this referral program. The Referee’s place of work must be in Singapore; and
ii. The Referee is employed under the Company’s registered client for a minimum period of 180 calendar days.
f) Referee can only be referred to the Company once. In the event that Referee is referred to the Company more than once, only the first person who referred the Referee to the Company will be eligible for the shopping vouchers under this referral program;
1.2 Referrers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information to the Company. We accept no responsibility for any inability or failure to contact the Referrer or Referee arising from inaccurate or incomplete contact information.
2. Terms & Condition of Reward
2.1 Upon a successful referral and placement, Referrer is eligible to receive shopping vouchers valued at SGD$500. We shall contact the Referrer informing him/her that they are eligible to the referral gift.
2.2 The Referrer agrees that the Company will not be held liable for any loss or claim arising out of the use of any of the vouchers under this program and waives all claims against the Company.
2.3 The Referrer will indemnify the Company and its officers, directors and employees, affiliates and/or any of them on demand against any and all loss, damages, claims, demands, actions, costs, penalties, fines (including legal/attorney fees), charges, expenses and liabilities of whatsoever nature incurred by the Company and/or its officers, directors and employees, affiliates, arising directly or indirectly out of Referrer’s failure to obtain consent from the Referee before any personal information about the Referee is passed to the Company.
2.4 We are not responsible for any taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the referral gift(s).
2.5 If the Referrer fails to claim his/her referral gift from the Company within 180 calendar days from the date of being notified that they are eligible to receive it, he/she agrees to waive his/her right to receive the gift and releases the Company from any liability incurred.
2.6 We reserve the right to terminate or amend the Terms & Conditions at any time.
2.7 We shall have the sole discretion to decide on the Referrer’s eligibility for the referral gift and the Referee’s suitability for any role with our clients.
2.8 By taking part in this referral program, the Referrer warrants that any referral made under this program is made in good faith. We reserve the right to revoke any referral gift already awarded should we discover that a referral is not made in good faith.
3. Period of Validity
3.1 We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time by providing reasonable notice on our website.
