Supply Chain Executive (Based in Vietnam)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the team to ensure duties are fulfilled.
• Coordinate with Singapore’s team for purchasing of materials and finished goods for shipments.
• Manage purchase orders and facilitate order placement to meet production demands.
• Ensure raw materials adheres to organization’s target inventory policy.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of store inventory system.
• Prepare and submit custom documentations.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of local purchase items, including price evaluations and assessment of supplier performance.
• Collaborate closely with production regarding exceptional materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience in similar function
• Possess supervisory experience with good leadership skills
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
