Logistics Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Lead warehousing and supply chain teams in driving inventory and warehouse projects.
• Ensure continuous process improvements and inventory control. Assist in project management and team training. Plan, coordinate, and execute warehouse operations, including transportation. Monitor inventory accuracy and compliance with processes.
• Promote a culture of business process improvements. Enforce corporate social responsibility policies.
• Drive completion of technology projects and manage customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and manage safety assessments.
• Lead proactive changes based on risk assessments. Assist with RFQs and act as key account manager if needed.
• Manage fleet operations and maintenance, providing management reports.
• Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.

​​​​​​Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or a related field required
• Experience in 3PL/warehousing/4PL distribution within medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors preferred
• Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in a warehousing environment (GDP certified, ISO13485/ISO9001)
• Familiarity with transport management systems
• Proficient in warehouse management system software and MS office applications
